Our country is in crisis after more than 2 years of increasing government overreach and interference in our lives. This pandemic has been exploited for political gain and social control over the lives of the Canadian population. With this pandemic we have seen the Federal and Provincial governments failure to respect the Charter of Rights and Freedoms by imposing unwarranted and illegal restrictions and mandates.
Rights and Freedoms
Canadians trust their leaders will fulfil their duty to protect our Rights and Freedoms and support the people in times of uncertainty and tragedy. We have seen businesses told they are not “Essential” and should be closed for “Health and Safety” reasons without being given the opportunity to discuss a compromise or alternate solution. Adding insult to injury – the large national and multi-national “Big Box” stores as well as chain “Fast Food” restaurants and provincial liquor stores were allowed to stay open and faced less restrictions than many smaller businesses and privately owned “Mom & Pop” shops. Businesses and the people of this province have been subjected to arbitrary rules, regulations, restrictions and mandates which, if violated, result in fines or even arrest. – This is simply Wrong!
Canadians are law abiding conscientious people who care about the welfare of others however, there must be reason and rational discourse when authorities decide to place restrictions or mandates on business and the people of this province. Prior to imposing an action which would violate the Rights and Freedoms of Canadians there should be fair and transparent discussion with proper representation. These discussions should examine the impact of the measures taken versus the threat being mitigated against for the welfare of the people.
We as concerned citizens and residents feel it is our duty to act toward restoring the Rights and Freedoms of which we have been unjustly denied.
We are working to repeal the draconian restrictions and mandates, support small business owners and restore the employment for all who have been unjustly terminated or placed on involuntary leave.
We ask that you support our cause and help to restore Canada to the nation of principles and values that our founding leaders built it to be.

You Have Constitutional Rights
This Press for Truth interview with legendary Constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati took place 6 months after the Wuhan virus hit Canada.
In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth speaks with Constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati who is representing Vaccine Choice Canada, Denis Rancourt and others in a lawsuit against the Federal government and their reaction to Covid-19 which destroyed small and medium sized businesses, caused suicides and murders to go up, cancelled church and forced mandatory face masks on a supposed free society.
This legal challenge to Covid-19 measures has been filed against the Ontario and Federal Governments claiming they are unconstitutional as Justin Trudeau, Dr. Theresa Tam, Doug Ford, the CBC and many others now facing litigation.
The challenge was launched by Vaccine Choice Canada who stated in a press release:
We are living in unprecedented times. The mass and indiscriminate containment of citizens, the restriction of access to parliament, the courts, medical and educational services, the destruction of local economies and livelihoods, and the requirement to physically distance, along with the forced use of non-medical masking are extraordinary measures that have never before been imposed on the citizens of Canada. The impact of these aberrant measures on our physical, emotional, psychological, social and economic well-being is profoundly destructive and these actions are unsustainable, unwarranted, extreme and unconstitutional.
